The judgment in Munich pronounced that Shuanghuan CEO, being produced in China can’t be sold in Germany. In specialists’ opinion the car is too similar to BMW X5 model. BMW representatives had already took some legislative steps, to make the Chinese car’s sale impossible.

China Automobile Deutschland company, which is the general Shuanghuan CEOs’ distributor in Germany, does not agree with judgment. China Automobile Deutschland’s chief said in interview, that even though Shuanghuan CEO is different from BMW X5, there is a possibility of some design solutions’ similarity to parts offered in other cars available on the market. – Even in the case of some BMW and Audi cars, similarity can be seen – the manager accents.

China Automobile Deutschland director said, that the company wants to invoke from German judgment’s decision. – The verdict is one-sided and, what is important, it was taken in Munich, and this is the city, from which BMW comes – the representative of Shuanghuan CEO’s cars’ importer said.
