Nanjing MG resigns from USA

According to the latest information, Nanjing MG does not plan entering the American market in the nearest time. In the same time, the previous attempts connected with assembling the TF roadster from knitting subassemblies in Oklahoma has gone under. One of the reason is outdated product, because the model appeared on the market 13 years ago and since that time it has not been modified.

This month the production in British Longbridge factory has started, but the whole production process is completely different. Currently, the body and gearing are produced in China. Such kits land in England, where there body is painted and the final assemble is conducted.

The Longbridge factory belongs in fact to SAIC concern, which took it over when the company with Nanjing (NAC) was created.
