According to Auto Bild, the Chinese Gonow brand to enter to German market in September. The local company China Automobile Deutschland will responsible for distribution. The first offer will include the model SUV GX6, which was presented in Leipzig. Prices of a five meters vehicle with Mitsubishi’s engine fit in between 20,000 EUR and 25,000 EUR. By the end of Semptember, an offer will be completed by new pickup.
Gonow GX is a typical off-road car built on a frame, with a four wheel drive and a terrain reductor. The car is equipped with 2.4 litres Mitsubishi engine (code: 4G64), which is commonly used by other Chinese producers, include entering to Europe brands - Brilliance, Shuanghuan and Landwind. Thanks to 145 horse-power, the car can achieve 165 km/h. According to producer, an average amount of fuel consumption is 12 litres per 100 kilometres. In Germany, the car will be offered with LPG installation for 2,000 EUR. Probably, the Italian diesel engine (with 2.4 litres capacity) will appear in future.
