Pickup Deer bases on technology’s solutions of Toyota Hilux, which was sold in the end of 80’s and the beginning of 90’s. The car is offered in few bodies configuration: G, G2, G3, G4, G5.

G1 – 4,945 long pickup with single cab. Lockup dimensions: 2260x1465x405.
G2 – pickup with longer cab and additional two - seats bench, 5,130 mm long. Lockup dimensions: 1865x1465x405.
G3 – pickup with double cab and five seats, 4,895 mm of length. Lockup dimensions: 1405x1465x405.
G4 - pickup with double cab and five seats, 5,130 mm of length. Lockup dimensions: 1600x1465x405.
G5 - pickup with double cab and five seats, 5,305 mm of length. Lockup dimensions: 1865x1465x405.

Petrol engine’s construction bases on Toyota’s technology (code: GW491QE) and it fits only Euro 2 emission standard. 2.2 litres engine has 160 bhp of maximum power and 190 Nm of maximum torque. Maximum speed is around 120-130 km/h. Deer is either with RWD or with AWD. Rear wheel drive is a standard, and 4x4 version has additional front wheel drive. Engine cooperated with 5-speed transmission. In some countries (i.e. in Russia) the old Isuzu Diesel with 2.8 litres and 76 bhp of maximum power is offered.

Deer is destined mainly for developing markets. Main recipients are: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, South Africa, Costarika and Venezuela. In May 2006, 660 units were exported to Cuba, where they replaced Russian Gazes 67 and 69. Because of this occasion Fidel Castro got longer version of Hover with luxury interior.
